Crunchy Granola

Crunchy and fragrant, our popular Crunchy Granola is filled with the goodness of oats, pepitas, goji berries, nuts and a touch of sweetness. Our granola is a wholesome breaky option with a low GI and is packed full of essential healthy fats to keep you full until lunch. Equally as perfect as a quick snack on the go.



3 cups oats
2 cups mixed nuts, chopped ( we like walnuts, almonds, macadamias)
2/3 cup chopped macadamias
1 cup pepitas
1/2 cup coconut flakes
3 cups oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup goji berries
pinch of salt


1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup rice malt syrup


  1. Preheat oven to 180C.
  2. Line large baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Combine dry ingredients except for goji berries in a large bowl. 
  4. Over low heat stir coconut oil and rice malt syrrup together until melted and well combined.
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir through to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly over a large baking tray.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, stirring half way to ensure your granola is toasty all over.
  8. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  9. Stir in goji berries and store in an air tight container. This should keep for approximately four weeks.

Enjoy with your favourite yoghurt.

You can't go wrong with a good pancake for breakfast. Finding a recipe that is healthy and tastes good can be a little tricky however. I've tried almond meal and find it burns too quickly, I've tried coconut flour and it's just that little bit too dry. Buckwheat or even amaranth flour however both hold up under pressure, and with a touch of yoghurt could even pass for the real deal.
