Crunchy and fragrant, our popular Crunchy Granola is filled with the goodness of oats, pepitas, goji berries, nuts and a touch of sweetness. Our granola is a wholesome breaky option with a low GI and is packed full of essential healthy fats to keep you full until lunch. Equally as perfect as a quick snack on the go.

Perfect Buckwheat Pancakes
Perfect Buckwheat Pancakes

You can't go wrong with a good pancake for breakfast. Finding a recipe that is healthy and tastes good can be a little tricky however. I've tried almond meal and find it burns too quickly, I've tried coconut flour and it's just that little bit too dry. Buckwheat or even amaranth flour however both hold up under pressure, and with a touch of yoghurt could even pass for the real deal. This recipe is packed with protein, which will keep you fuller for longer, without the bloat. Enjoy! SaveSaveSaveSaveSave

Smokey Pulled Pork
Smokey Pulled Pork

Pulled pork down right is a winner for any meat lover. Rich in iron, lean and oh so tasty you can enjoy pulled pork in a slider, taco or as a main with some roast vegetables and slaw. I like to make a big batch of pulled pork from time to time and enjoy over the next couple of days. If you have a slow cooker, it's literally a matter of putting a roast shoulder in, rubbing it all over with spices, turning the slow cooker on and enjoying when it's ready. SaveSave
