Personally I always go by the approach that we should eat whole food, that doesn’t need labels and lists pf ingredients, and limit things that come in packets. Moderation is also key when consuming things like fats (even the good ones), sugar and alcohol.
A recent review by hundreds of nutritionists in the US has thrown another spanner in the works, and foods even I considered as healthy, have been labeled as questionable.
