5 places to workout out on the Sunshine Coast

Posted by Valeria Ramirez on

Whether it's hiking up one of our amazing mountains, or paddling along the Noosa River, fitness is truly a part of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. I'm a pack animal, and nothing gets me more motivated to train than a group fitness session.

There's something really motivating and inspiring about workout out in a group, the music is always great and you get that extra little push just when you need it. Group Fitness is a great way to meet like minded people too. Since moving to Peregian, I've loved getting to know the local places to work up a sweat, stretch-out and tone up. Here are some of my favourite places to get fit on the Sunshine Coast.

Noosa Flow

This is your one stop shop when it comes to all things pilates, yoga and barre. The beautiful Claire has created a beautiful hub complete with water views over the Noosa river where you can basque in the glow of the morning sun while you chip away at your six pack.

The light filled, modern studio features two rooms for yoga, pilates and barre classes. You can learn more about the studio, instructors and check out the time table here

F45 Coolum

If you're a group fitness lover, then you can't go past F45 Training. Offering a mix of HIIT and Strength focused classes, there is something for everyone. I have been doing F45 for over 2 years now with studios all over Queensland, but haven't found one with a better view. Overlooking the gorgeous Coolum beach, nothing beats it.

CGM Pilates

A luxe, light-filed space in the heart of Maroochydore. CGM is your go to place to escape, challenge your body and energise your mind. You can't come to the sunshine coast and not try your hand at Stand Up Paddle-boarding.
