Nutty Banana Chocolate Mousse

We are always inspired by the gorgeous nutritionist Shannon from @livingwithrosie and her drool-worthy recipes. This Nutty Banana Chocolate Mousse is the ultimate naughty but nice treat. All the goodness without any nasties. It is gluten free, dairy free and vegan. 


2 large avocados 
1 ripe banana 
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 
2 tbsp raw organic cocoa powder
1/2 bar high quality dark (over 80%) chocolate 
3 pitted dates (stevia can be substituted) 
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
pinch pink himalayan sea salt 


  1. Melt the dark chocolate over the stove. 
  2. Combine all other ingredients into a high speed blender, add in melted chocolate. 
  3. Blend until smooth and fluffy. 
  4. Garnish with crushed walnuts, almonds and any other nuts of choice.
