Morning Dandy Latte

Give the coffee a break and start your day with a health boosting dandy latte. Dandelion coffee looks and tastes like your regular cup of joe, but it's totally caffeine free. This version by Laura Saunders is super charged with collagen for healthy hair, skin and nails, and a happier gut. Laura is one of our go-to girls for serious nutrition inspiration and this recipe by her proves just why. Give it a go and let us know what you think. 

Serves 2 | Total time: 5 mins 

Ingredients

1 heaped tbsp roasted dandelion root
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup organic almond milk
1 scoop collagen
1 tsp organic grass fed ghee
1/2 tsp organic ground cinnamon + extra for dusting
1/2 tsp organic ground nutmeg
+ if you have a sweet tooth add 1 tsp stevia or brown rice malt syrup
 

Method

Prepare the dandelion tea and allow it to steep for 3 minutes.

Once the tea has brewed, add it to your high speed blender along with the remaining ingredients and whiz for roughly 30 seconds.

Pour into your favourite mug and dust with cinnamon.
